Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media channels to increase engagement and followers.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, relevant content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
