Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions. As a Dynamics Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, and providing training and support to ensure the successful deployment and use of Dynamics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Dynamics modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations) to meet client-specific needs.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to users and teams on Dynamics functionalities.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of the Dynamics solution.
- Create documentation for system design, processes, and user manuals.
- Ensure data migration, system integrations, and system upgrades are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics releases and features, providing strategic advice on how to leverage them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and administration.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics certification (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-300).
- Experience with Azure services and cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in a consulting role, working with multiple clients and industries.
- Knowledge of additional CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
