Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting IT professionals across various domains, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, technical assessments, and background checks.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment details with selected candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in IT recruitment and the technology industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technology roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry terminology.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire candidates in a competitive job market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with technical recruiting for niche roles, such as cloud architects, DevOps engineers, or data scientists.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies for both permanent and contract positions.
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS certification).
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Prior experience working in an IT consulting or staffing agency environment.
