Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide them with SAP solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client needs and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform system customizations and enhancements to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP systems.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Mentor and support junior SAP consultants and client teams during and after implementation.
- Keep up to date with the latest SAP releases, tools, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and user manuals for SAP implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP PP).
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points between different modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP data migration, interface development, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in delivering presentations and training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
- Knowledge of SAP BASIS and security concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate project management methodology.
- Exposure to other ERP systems or integration platforms.
